1. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online through our official website or approved social channels.

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as advance bank transfer or online payment options.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or canceled.

2. Processing & Shipping

• We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

• Delivery timelines vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

3. Returns & Refunds

We take great care in inspecting and packing every item before it leaves our workshop.

• As each piece is made with unique natural stones, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

4. Product Variations

• Natural stones vary in color, veining, and texture — these variations are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

• Product photographs are for reference and may differ slightly from the final piece you receive.

5. Care & Responsibility

To ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it:

• Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol-based sprays, hairsprays, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture.

• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or sleeping.

• Store pieces separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches.

• Damage caused by improper care, perfume exposure, or physical impact is not covered under our policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the purchased item.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and written content under Khawara are our intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
