At Khawara, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to meet our quality standards before it reaches you. Due to the unique nature of our designs and natural stones, we maintain a no-return and no-refund policy.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at umar@khawara.com.

2. Include your order number, clear photographs of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Our team will review your case and offer the most suitable resolution — which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

Please note:

• Natural variations in stone color, veining, or texture are not considered defects.

• Damage caused by perfume exposure, alcohol-based sprays, harsh chemicals, water, or physical impact is not eligible for replacement or refund.

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.
